YOU MUST HAVE FIRMWARE REV2 INSTALLED (Mk802)
You MUST Install Clockwork MOD
Instructions on CWM(Mk802)
Install Script Manager
Install the Newest Busybox
Install the Newewst Superuser

Hw Acceleration for MOST videos:
(Workaround for local videos: Install both MX Player and BubbleUPNP from Play store. Open BubbleUPNP and from "Library" section select the file to play. Choose MX Player as default player and enjoy the HW accelerated video playback)
Full HDMI Audio and video

Working Bluetooth
Altonus Beats GUI
Phone functions disabled

You could also try this, which mods your Play app completely

Also, in order to support appaholics, the multiple user support app is only available from Google Play.
