Donde esta el ejecutable del activesyn de la htc?

Buenas, pues eso quiero cambiar el icono del activesync de la HTC y no encuentro el .exe o .dll, en el acceso directo me sale :MSSYNCAPP

Googleando creo haber encontrado la respuesta.
look at the registry - key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shell\Rai.
:MSSYNCAPP referes in value 1 to the repllog.exe /remote.
This applications are obviously in the Windows directory.
Be aware of the some "crossreferencing" - i.e. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shell\Rai\:M SCALENDAR refers i key 1 to to the :MSPOUTLOOK calendar, so you must resursively resolve symbolic name :MSPOUTLOOK.

Podeis cerrar el tema, el icono se encuentra en el fichero (repllog.exe) que comente arriba.
