Ok guys I dont own a Note so I took a dive in the deep and produced a DarkyROM Note.
Note this device is not supported in the OTA app so general tab and darkyrom tab will work but OTA will fail !!

DarkyROM_Note v2.1.zip

theme tweaks
dialer change
FM kernel 1.5
Multi csc
Bootanimation DarkyNOTE
Spin up HDD Bootsound
DarkyNOTE wallpaper where the pen is mightier then a sword
Extra ringtons and wallpapers

DarkyROM_Note_v1.2.zip

CHANGELOG V 1.1 :

- Based on Full Stock XXKKA exclude Samsung apps with DarkyOTA/DarkyROM tab or remove Via general tab
- FM Kernel by RiverSource aka frank_m and angelom (no inhouse kernel because none of the devs own a note)
- Manually Deodexed
- Zipaligned
- Pre-Rooted
- Busybox
- OpenVPN
- Sony Bravia Engine
- CRT on & off
- Extended powermenu
- 11 Toggle mod dropdown LongClick to Parent Setings

- Build.prop tweaks
.SQL Boost
.Raise JPG quality to 100%
.Render UI with GPU
.Increased scrolling responsiveness
.Increased touch responsiveness
.Raised photo/video recording quality
.3G Tweaks
.Net Speed Tweaks
- Flip n'Fly Animations
-Tabs in bottom MODs
.And more..

Installation :

Coming from another rooted ROM.
Just put the zip on your SDcard and flash via the DarkyOTA app (settings in app) or via CWM nothing to it
I would advise a full wipe but offcourse the choice is up to you.

Coming from Stock then be sure to download a custom kernel first from xda. Put phone in download mode (volume down + home + power till reboot) Flash that with Odin on the PC like below Or read further below how to root . Then place zip on your SDcard and flash via the OTA app or via CWM nothing to it I would advise a full wipe but offcourse the choice is up to you.
