Hola,
me ha llegado un correo del vendedor de la batería Anker indicando que han detectado un problema potencial en el diseño del cargador negro y que recomiendan NO CARGAR EL MÓVIL POR USB EN DICHO CARGADOR, y que mandan otro de sustitución.
Os adjunto el correo:
"To our valued customers,
Thank you for purchasing our Anker cellphone battery product. Nothing is more important to us than the satisfaction of our customers.
While, our supplier recently reported a potential design defect of our black charger with strongly suggesting DO NOT CHARGE YOUR PHONE in the CHARGER USB PORT…for better using experience, we will arrange a new charger to you at our cost ASAP.
In the mean time, if you have any concerns regarding this problem, please email us at [e-mail address removed], we will try our best to help!
