¿Cual es la última room oficail Gingerbread y la filtrada ICS?

Llevo bastante sin actualizar el telefono y estoy algo perdido; quisiera saber cual es la última room oficial Gingerbread disponible y la última room que se ha filtrado de ICS, y si esta última merece la pena instalarla o todavia es muy inestable.
Y agradeceria si me podeis poner un enlace de las dos rooms.

Y respecto a ICS me aconsejais instalarla o es inestable y mejor instalar la ultima oficial de Ginger?
