Buenos días,
Ya me ha pasado tres veces en un mes de uso de mi HTC TOUCH 3G JADE que el teclado QWERTY COMPLETO despues de escribir un número se me queda bloqueado en los números y no puedo acceder a las letras. El único modo de volver a disponer de las letras es el hacer un hard reset del equipo. ¿Os ha pasado esto a vosotros también? ¿Por qué pasa? ¿Se puede resetear el teclado de algún modo más sencillo sin hacer un hard reset?.
He contactado con el servicio tecnico de HTC y no me han dado una solución válida. Os pongo copia del mensaje. Es:
