For installation, you must have a kernel with a CWM recovery.

INSTALLATION

1. Download the zip.
2. Copy the zip file in the internal SD (SD internal phone, not the removable SD).
3. Restart the phone in recovery CWM.
4. Select the option "install zip from sdcard".
5. Select the option "choose zip from sdcard".
6. Find and select the downloaded zip.
7. Once it has finished installing, you should do a wipe and wipe Dalvik cache. Then restart your phone.

Uuuuuuuuh... Una de las cosas que me hizo NO cojer uno de mis queridos HTCs, y probar con Samsung fue el horrible SENSE... Jajajaja. No se, no me acaba de gustar del todo... Bueno, la verdad que el TW tampoco es pa tirar cobetes... Jajajaja. Bendito Go Launcher!!!! Jajajaja
