Creo un hilo para hablar tambien de los temas.
Para quien no lo sepa, normalmente es un fichero ZIP con archivos modificados y se deben de flashear en un Recovery alternativo lo cual conlleva haber rooteado el aparato.
Recomiendo que se lea todo 20 veces y si no te ha quedado claro otras 20, preguntar bien y si te ha quedado claro igual. Y sobretodo, hacer una nandroid por si hay algun fallo y poder restaurarlo

El tema incluye:
Segoe WP fonts
Some custom launcher icons (still adding more)
Custom WP 7 icons for the nav bar
Custom WP7 notification icons
Framework modifications
WARNING: pushing the Launcher2.apk and framework-res.apk files means you will have to set up your widgets and wallpaper again.
Instructions:
Extract the .zip somewhere
Push the SystemUI.apk file to the /system/app folder with adb.
Push the Launcher2.apk file to the /system/app folder with adb.
Push the framework-res.apk to the /system/framework folder with adb.
Push the font files to /system/fonts
????
