Hacer respring en Android

Se puede reiniciar la interfaz gráfica en android haciendo un respring como se hace en el iphone sin tener que reiniciar el teléfono.

Si, pero matando en memoria la interfaz que uses, y si te resulta muy difícil de hacer bájate un fast reboot
