necesito hacer un wipi de data y cache sin recovery !!!

Hay alguna forma de hacer un wipe data y cache (Hard Reset) sin tener que instalar el recovery ???

Alguien me puede decir para que sirve cada cosa, gracias:

reboot system now
apply sdcard:update.zip
wipe data/factory rester
wipe cache partition
