Installation Instructions
- Flash JV1 (www.samfirmware.com) with Odin / Heimdall.
-- Use 512 pit, repartition ON, auto reboot ON.
- Once the SGS has restarted, shut it down and get into Download Mode again.

- Flash a Speedmod Kernel with Odin (it's a Froyo kernel but we need it now).
-- Put the TAR file in PDA and flash - make sure auto reboot is OFF!
-- Pull the battery and put it back in.
-- Close Odin, disconnect your cable from your SGS.

- Enter Recovery Mode [VOLUME UP + HOME + POWER - only hold them for 1-2 seconds]
-- You're in the green Speedmod Recovery now.
-- Flash the ROM.
-- I didn't test it with a factory reset here, I just flashed and it worked.
-- Reboot.
-- Enjoy!


IMPORTANT STEPS / HINTS AFTER FLASHING

RAM Hack to prevent memory leaks [lags and crashes]
>> Download Autokiller from Market.
>> Put these values in: 10, 16, 24, 68, 76, 92 (from top to bottom)

no se como estara la rom, usa el autokiller, en htcmania, ya se va un paso mas adelante, la rom de intronauta ya tiene un gestor casero de memoria, que va bastante bien, el unico problema de la beta es justamente eso, la beta, y por supuesto el kernel, una lastima que ningun guru de xda salvo supercurio, se haya molestado en trabajar un kernel en condiciones, esperemos que cuando salga la version oficial que no tardara, parece ser que sera hoy el dia elegido, se animen.

No veo el sentido que la saque ahora que estamos tan cerca de ginger oficial y estable

hombre en algo tiene q pasar los dias :) esta acostumbrado a darnos ROMs por un tubo :)

Y asi de paso se va familiarizando con Ginger supongo.
