[KERNEL] [SPEEDMOD] Color Tests
Hi guys,
In the next version of SpeedMod, I'll be making some changes to the color of the UI. In the JPX source code drivers, there are some new configuration settings which are interesting.
This kernel is based of K12F and should be stable. It is labelled K12G-TEST.
In this thread I will upload 3 different color settings:
Neutral
Warm (more yellow: use this if your screen is too blue)
Cold (more blue: use this if your screen is too yellow)
No color management (maybe better battery life?)
The purpose of this thread is to gather feedback from you about which color setting you prefer.
I realize that there are at least 2 types of screens with different colors - one which is more blue, one which is more yellow.
The file with "-warm" is the warm color version.
The file with "-cold" is the cold color version.
The file without "-warm" or "-cold" is the neutral color version.
The file without "-noc" is a neutral color version with no MDNIE color management.

JPU JPX and JPY versions ares based on Samsung precompiled kernels. This is why I's feature limited (no BLN, no sharpness adjustment).
But that's definitely the most reliable option.
This project is 100% opensource and i'm proud of it http://media.xda-developers.com/images/smilies/smile.gif
You can build everything from sources using https://github.com/project-voodoo (https://github.com/project-voodoo)
Important note, I don't recommend installing this relase with Odin if you don't have a direct access to the Download mode with the 3 buttons combination.
Odin is known to give a % of flash fails. This has no consequences for most because if you retry it works, but for people unable to go to the download mode this is a serious problem (and a Samsung official bug, they distribute a hardware part internally to force the download mode access)
5.0.3 changes:

Final changes:
So many it will be hard to describe everything here:

"enable lagfix"
"system lagfix on"
"debug on"
Abajo verás algo como:
voodoo lagfix :enable
next boot :enable
coversion: yes
debug mode:yes

Steam Kernel by sztupy (2.9.9.0)
By SuperCocoV6.5 (http://www.htcmania.com/member.php?u=335037)
- Afterburner post-flash utility (read more here)
- Built-in e2fsprogs, jfsutils, cryptsetup, yaffs2 and device-mapper

Advanced Voodoo 5 Final v69.2
By intronauta.
"enable lagfix"
"system lagfix on"
"debug on"
Abajo verás algo como:
voodoo lagfix :enable
next boot :enable
coversion: yes
debug mode:yes

Steam Kernel by sztupy (2.9.9.0)
By SuperCocoV6.5 (http://www.htcmania.com/member.php?u=335037)
- Afterburner post-flash utility (read more here)
- Built-in e2fsprogs, jfsutils, cryptsetup, yaffs2 and device-mapper
