Ya está disponible la ROM con android 12 para el mi 10 y mi 10 pro con la ROM miui.eu.

Tip for Android 12 devices: Because TWRP doesn't work with Android 12, the update needs to be flashed in Fastboot mode. Download the ZIP package, unpack it and run update script (without formatting data if you're moving from Android 11 xiaomi.eu ROM or with format data if you're flashing it first time).

Hola,
la verdad es que funciona muy bien, llevo un dia con ella y sin problemas.
Hay que instalarla por fastboot si o si, no por TWRP.
Os la recomiendo.

De siempre tiene, no he probado android 12 todavia, pero deberia tener.

La nueva versión traerá miui 13

This is the last MIUI 12.5 Beta ROM. Starting from December 13th, the weekly updates will be temporarily suspended. Next updates will be based on MIUI 13 once it's ready.

Buenas, para los que tengáis la room ya, alguien me puede confirmar si han habilitado el soporte ant+ que desactivaron en versiones pasadas? Porfavor!
