Move the .img to the folder c:/android-sdk-windows/tools
Turn your device in fastboot mode, connect to the PC and in cmd tape:
Cd c:/android-sdk-windows/tools

"fastboot flash recovery clockwork-z71.img"
"fastboot reboot"
