Buenas, Tengo un Huawei Y330 U05 lo que pasa es que me lo trajeron a reparar al parecer todo indicaba que era Software ya que se quedana pegado en el logo, pero cuando trate de revivirlo con el "Update.app" Mediante la tarjeta SD me botaba el siguiente error:

1. Porque recibo este error?
2. Como púedo solucionarlo
PD: Al hacerle "wipe cache partition" dice:
-- wiping cache
Formatting / cache...
Cache wipe complete.
Pero al hacerle "wipe/data factory reset" dice:
--wiping data...
y se queda pegado ahi, ningun otro proceso...
Intente meterle el software con SPFT y me sale todo "OK" pero sigue pegado en el logo..
