Instalacion:

-Download the ROM and GApps of your choice
-Backup each and every partition from TWRP Recovery
-Make a full wipe (system, data, cache, dalvik)
-Flash AEX Package
-Install GAPPS package
-Wipe cache!
-And at last Reboot!
[First boot will take few minutes! Have patience]
Clean Flash is always recommended!

De momento me.va muy bien no le.he encontrado los fallos y si te paso las cpaturas de las mejores opciones que tiene .

Probé la versión anterior, y todavía era 7.1.2.
Mirando el changelog además lo pone muy claro :

Lo raro es que no han cambiado el nombre del hilo en XDA

Es de otro desarrollador y no va la cámara.

Ya he puesto en el post anterior que es 8.1.0, y que es la NO OFICIAL.

La siento muy fluida y en los juegos también se nota la diferencia, lo único que tiene es que la huella tarda un poco en encender la pantalla, pero todo lo demás esta perfecto

Llevo esta ROM ( la 7.1.2)desde hace 5 días y va muy fluida,la batería me dura mas que con la stock,tiene muchas opciones de personalización... De momento fallos no le veo excepto que el doble toque en pantalla para despertar no me funciona,y que ayer tarde se me reinició...
