Como activar Car Panel

Modificando la base de carga me ha dado por hacer una prueba y funciona bien
Consiste en meter GND por el pin 4 del conector USB

He encontrado una review de un comprador:
"Excellent but Navipanel does not work on Desire with Android 2.2. Car Kit mode appears on the Notification Bar but doesn't actually do anything. Seems the software is not included in the 2.2 firmware for some reason, so I suppose there will be an update. Bit of an oversight by HTC. Meanwhile a quick search & download from xda developers sorts it out. Configurable, & works well. I don't think the supplied power cable includes data even though it's quite thick (not on mine anyway) which is a shame at this price as it would save carrying another around with the laptop"

Disculpad la pregunta pero el ca panel viene en la version de Froyo sin mas o necesito una rom? Yo tengo una desi de vodafone uk y no encuentro el car panel por ningun lado...
