Xiaomi MI 5X: review, especificaciones y primeras impresiones

Al fin tenemos entre nosotros el Xiaomi Mi 5X, un nuevo smartphone llamado a reinar la gama media. Y es que lo tiene practicamente todo: potente, buen aspecto, excelente cámara, buena autonomía... y además es de Xiaomi. Lo cierto es que después de haberlo probado algunos días, nuestra primera impresión es excelente.

Y este, el Xiaomi Mi 5X. Su aspecto sigue la misma linea del fabricante para esta gama: cuerpo delgado, chasis metalizado, bordes redondeados... se ve y se siente muy bien en la mano. En este caso el modelo analizado es el de color rosa/champagne.

Nos encontramos con una pantalla de 5.5 pulgadas con resolución FullHD y panel LTPS. Tiene un brillo de 450 nits y unos PPP de 403.

Se trata de una excelente pantalla, con muy brillo y saturación, como es habitual en los terminales de Xiaomi.

Este smartphone monta un SoC conformado por una CPU de Qualcomm, el Snapdragon 625, octacore a 2.5Ghz, junto con una GPU Adreno 506. El sistema corre con 4GB de RAM y 64GB de ROM. Ofrece, por tanto, un rendimiento óptimo para tareas cotidianas y acorde con la gama en la que se mueve el terminal. No tendrás ningún problema para ejecutar cualquier app que desees, aunque obviamente hay teléfonos mucho más potentes.

Xiaomi apuesta en este Mi 5X por la misma configuración de cámaras que en el Mi 6 y bajo mi punto de vista ha acertado. Cuenta con una cámara trasera dual de 12MPX cada lente y el resultado es excelente. La doble cámara permite el desenfoque de fondos de una manera más acusada, mejorando así los primeros planos. Una de las cámaras cuenta con gran angular y la otra, teleobjetivo. Los colores son muy reales y las tomas, nítidas. La delantera se queda sólo en 5MPX.

Sobre el wifi, este se comporta de la manera esperada, sin destacar especialmente en ningún sentido. En la prueba realizada con la app "Wifi Analyzer" nos hemos conectado a una red de 2,4Ghz y a un router que está a unos 15 metros.

Excelente terminal, sin duda. Lo tiene practicamente todo: buena pantalla, gran rendimiento, cámara excelente, aspecto cuidado... lo cierto es que por lo que vale seguramente no se pueda pedir mucho más. A mi me ha convencido. Gran opción si se consigue a buen precio.

Sobre el wifi, este se comporta de la manera esperada, sin destacar especialmente en ningún sentido. En la prueba realizada con la app "Wifi Analyzer" nos hemos conectado a una red de 2,4Ghz y a un router que está a unos 15 metros.

Excelente terminal, sin duda. Lo tiene practicamente todo: buena pantalla, gran rendimiento, cámara excelente, aspecto cuidado... lo cierto es que por lo que vale seguramente no se pueda pedir mucho más. A mi me ha convencido. Gran opción si se consigue a buen precio.
