Buenas noches. Se me ha estropeado el movil. Al estar en garantia he contactado con efox y me han dado su direccion para enviarlo. Este es el email que he recibido:

Segun ponen hay que hacerlo por postnl o deutschepost. He intentado hacerlo por postnl que fueron los que me lo enviaron, pero me pierdo un poco (por no decir mucho :().
Mi consulta es la siguiente.
Alguien ha realizado el proceso de envio y me puede explicar como hacerlo?
