Microfono averiado en Smart Prime 6

Hola a todos.
Mi consulta es si en vuestro equipo no teneis problemas con el microfono en una llamada.
He oido que en este terminal el microfono graba demasiado bajo.

Sorry for replying in english but i already had a problem with the microphone and i sent the phone to the warranty. They fixed it nicely and without any costs ;) Anyways, did you tried to factory reset?

Si, lo restableci de fabrica, le cambie la rom pero sigue igual.
