Download the latest rom from our venomroms download page (http://venomroms.com/downloads-htc-u11/?refresh=true)
If you got an external sdcard place the downloaded zip there. In case you haven't, wait for step 6 to copy it to your internal sdcard.
Backup your internal sdcard if you got important content on it. Unlocking bootloader will wipe all your data, including your internal sdcard. Your external sdcard will stay untouched.
Register at HTCdev (http://www.htcdev.com/bootloader) if you dont have an account yet and follow the instructions there to unlock your bootloader
Boot up your phone and copy the rom to your internal sdcard in case you didn't in step one to your external.
Download the lastest TWRP Recovery version on the TRWP Download Page (https://dl.twrp.me/ocn/)
Flash it with fastboot with following command: fastboot flash recovery recovery.img (replace recovery.img with the actual filename it got downloaded with)
To boot into recovery use 'adb reboot recovery' or press and hold power + volume down and wait till it booted to the bootloader. From there you can navigate with the volume buttons and confirm with the power button to boot to the recovery
If you are coming from stock: Make a backup of your stock rom in TWRP recovery. Include System Image and Boot. Now you have a full stock backup, except recovery, in case you want to return back to stock one day.
Ensure you allow system modifications in TWRP when asked.
In TWRP click Install and pick the rom either from internal or external sdcard to install it.
The installer will start and will guide you through the installation

Esto es el sistema del movil modificado muchas veces para añadir funciones q vienen capadas. Pero para eso hay q hacer root al movil "Flashear" eso conlleva perder la garantia del movil y cada uno lo hace bajo su propia responsabilidad por que es posible q en el proceso el movil quede muerto.
Lo mejor es que busques en la red el "para que sirve root y rom cocinada".
Pero si tu no sabes nada de esto es mejor leer y leer mucho antes de hacer nada. Saludos

Ayer instalé esta ROm.
Llevo poquito con ella, así que es pronto para sacar mis propias conclusiones. Vengo de otros foros, aportando información, solucionando problemas y creandomelos jajaja...

La ROM va de maravilla.
Sin problema alguno.
Pero la voy a quitar. No porque me vaya mal la ROM, Sino porque creo que a parte de actualizar el hilo, no tengo porque Ir a otro foro para recibir ayuda.
Es una opinión personal y sin faltar el respeto al trabajo de los desarrolladores.
Sin crear polémica...... A la ROM no le falla nada, para mi gusto. Muy configurable, consumo mas que aceptable. Yo diría que mejor que la stock

Buen dia amigo, una consulta, donde conseguiste la stock rom del u11? yo quiero poner una sotck libre ya que lo tengo con telcel y me gustaria instalar la rom stock limpia sin el bloatware de telcel, y si no es mucho pedir algun manual o post de como flashear? que apenas empiezo con htc vengo de sony jejeje.
