Banggood y fecha límite de envío

Cuál es el tiempo límite para que te llegue un envío de Banggod? Lo digo para saberlo y poder estar a tiempo luego de hacer la reclamación a Paypal. Hice un pedido el 16 de febrero y el estado es el siguiente:
