necesito ayuda me sale este error al iniciar el móvil

He cambiado de móvil y el LG G2 lo he flsheado con el Lg flash tool para dárselo a mi madre, le he metido esta Spain OPEN 16GB D80230a_00.kdz y todo bien salvo el error ese.
El móvil se ha ido actualizando y ahora tiene la V30d-EUR-XX
He probado lo de restaurar a fábrica y no se ha arreglado.
