16 gigas 2g RAM no flashea

Se me quedo en el logo, he descargado el flash del soporte ,( poniendo el s/n previamente) lo pongo en fasboot con vol menos y power.. le doy al comando y me tira esto... hay solución??

Por lo que veo creo que esta bloqueado el booloader

si venias de 5.1.1 o 6.0.1 y no desbloqueaste el bootloader no tienes mucho que hacer.. solo ponerte en contacto con bq para que te de un archivo y poder reflashearlo con la herramienta bq firmware flash tools y el movil volvera a funcionar

Tengo tu modelo, debes de usar una herramienta para desbloquear el bootloader, mediante fastboot puedes puedes hacerlo si en algún momento marcaste la casilla de desbloqueo de OEM. Si encuentro los archivos te los paso , creo que los quitaron del servidor en Bq al poner la herramienta de flasheo. Aún así probaste a usarla?

Gracias por las respuestas . No he probado con la herramienta de desbloquear bootloader, por favor si tienes los archivos me los pasas.. .
Entonces una ve que desbloqueo el boot.. lo puedo flashear normal? o como ?

Con la herramienta de flasheo de Bq puedes desbloquear el bootloader del teléfono, una vez desbloqueado podrás flashearle el firm que quieras hay varios tutos por htcmania y en la misma pág. de Bq. Creo que el problema que tienes es únicamente por el bootloader. Prueba viendo los vídeos y tutoriales que hay en la pág. de Bq y si no te haces con ello ya sabes.
