And the phone was bricket,
Can download the update 8.0.5.0 in phone but cant update because the battery is 2% and i need 30% to restart and update

and try to do this tutorial for update your Redmi 3 firmware. Maybe your phone was manipulated by the shop to install a modified version to include more languages on the phone.

If phone are bricked, first follow this thread: http://en.miui.com/thread-290959-1-1.html

for start mobile in edl mode. Then, follow the first link to install original Global Estable firmware.
