Error flashing.......help me

sry I dont know how to put images

1. my cell had false rom, after the flahe following the tutorials on the forum but the battery does not charge (problem of rom).
2. the cell was 2% battery, download the update but at least 30% needed to update it.
3. Try rom flash with 7.5.2.0 but I appeared error.(I followed the same steps as in the first flash)
4. could not enter the EDL mode.
5. I followed another tutorial on the forum, entering the mode button volume down + power, after that the MIFlash program could detect the device and flash, and again appeared error.

6. Now a red light appears when I connect the phone to the charger only red light appears when I connect to the PC the red light appears.
7. When I connect to the PC enabled device manager appears MiFlash Qualcom but the device does not appear.

the cable is only for you out in the Windows Device Manager (Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008) after you have to flash with miflash

mi pc si reconoce.....
al iniciar el flasheo se detuvo en 37segundos y aparece
"ESPACIO DE ALMACENAMIENTO INSUFICIENTE PARA PROCESAR ESTE COMANDO (0x80070008 MAX BUFFER SECTOR IS 256)"

mi pc y el programa miflash y reconoce el dispositivo
1er flash "error almacenamiento q solo tengo 256"
2do flash "error catastrófico 0x8000fff Recivig hello packet"

no sé cual es el problema.... intente con la ROM 8.0.5.0

pero me aparece error, es posible q las ROMS esten mal descargadas ???
instale la ROm 7.1.8.0 pero no puedo cargar la bateria se queda en 2%, estoy pensando en instalarse cyanogen

el cm13 lo he instalado muchas veces en mi rmn3pro lo importante cuando vienes de miui tienes que instalar CM13firmware si o si :

open gapps ( platform: ARM64 - android: 6.0 - variant para mi gusto :pico ):

mete los tres archivos zip en la tarjeta sd del movil

instalación : full wipe ( todo a parte la sd que lleva los tres zips) mas format data para quitar cualquier rastro de la miui , instalar las zips en este orden :

-CM13-firmware.zip
- cm-13.0-2016-10-xx-NIGHTLY-kenzo.zip
-open_gapps-arm64-6.0-pico-201610xx.zip

reinicia y listo

root : entra a información del teléfono click 7 veces seguidas en numero de compilación (para activar opción de desarrollo) regresa a ajustes click en opción de desarrollo (abajo del todo) busca acceso administrativo la abres y actives aplicaciones y ADB y listo


para instalar un kernel yo uso el KERNEL AGNI ( es facil de configurar yda buen rendimiento )

Gracias, no fue necesario cambiar a CM el error era q el xiaomiFlash q estaba usando era una versión pasada, descargue la actual y pude instalar la V8 ..... ahora el cell anda súper, GRACIAS POR TU AYUDA
