Because i often do a Soft-Reset and i hate to navigate a long time through the Registry i have written this little Windows Mobile Application which can do the 3 Registry Entries for the Software Keys.

Requirements:

-.NET Compact Framework 3.5
- a Windows Mobile 6.5.3 ROM

Tested With:

-Artemis 20.5 GER
-Should Work with every 6.5.3 ROM

Features:

-Hide the Windows Softkey
-Hide the Close/OK Softkey

-Enable Text-Only-Mode for Softmenu (for example: write "Lock" instead of the Lock simbol in the Start-Menu Softkeybar)

Installation:

Copy the SoftwareButtonHider.exe file which is in the SoftwareButtonHider.zip anywhere onto your Phone. Open the .exe File and select the fields which you want to change.
Click on "Save" and SoftReset the Phone. Now it should be changed...
