A la hora de pagar, en Paypal, cuando salga el tipo de cambio de los 190,79 $ = 172,71 €, seleccionar "otro tipo de cambio". En la siguiente ventana poner el tipo de cambio de nuestra tarjeta de credito/debito y así os ahorrais más de 5 euros que se queda Paypal.
A mi me ha salido por 167,71 € :platano:
