LeTV Le1Pro: review, especificaciones y primeras impresiones

Este LeTV Le1Pro no es un terminal nuevo, lleva más de un año en el mercado. Pero sus prestaciones siguen siendo excepcionales y ahora que el precio se ha asentado, resulta una opción realmente interesante. Además de un gran aspecto, tenemos una pantalla 2K, un procesador Snapdragon 810, 4GB de RAM y una excepcional cámara de 13MPX. Todo ello por menos de 200$. Vamos a verlo.

Y este, el LeTV Le1Pro. Su aspecto es muy "LeTV", practicamente todos sus terminales lucen similares. Cuenta con una pantalla con una excelente ocupación del frontal, quizá sea eso lo que más llama la atención nada más sacarlo de la caja.

Tenemos un pequeño LED de notificaciones en la parte superior.

En la inferior contamos con tres botones táctiles, que presentan una ligera retroiluminación al ser pulsados. Estupendo que se encuentren fuera de la pantalla, me gustan más ahí. Con la pantalla apagada no se ven.

Fijaos en el chasis. Se ve ligero y elegante, con un bisel brillante separando el cuerpo de la tapa trasera. En el lado derecho encontramos el botón de encendido y algo más arriba, el slot para las SIMs o para una SIM y una tarjeta de expansión de la ROM.

Si vamos al lado opuesto vemos un botón que silencia el audio, al más puro estilo iPhone y abajo, el botón de volumen. Tanto este como el de encendido tienen un tacto y un recorrido excelentes.

En la parte superior vemos un pequeño emisor de infrarrojos y a la derecha, el habitual jack para los auriculares.

Sobre la trasera, es totalmente de aluminio, salvo quizá los extremos, donde van las antenas. Y digo "quizá" porque al tacto parece metal, aunque no tan frío como el resto.

Sobre el peso, son algo más de 177 gramos, nada mal teniendo en cuenta que se trata de un 5.5 pulgadas.

El grosor en la parte central alcanza los 9.3mm. Como hemos comentado, los extremos son algo más estrechos que la parte central.

En resumen, un muy buen aspecto, muy actual a pesar de que como hemos comentado, no es un dispositivo nuevo. La apuesta por el metal siempre es una apuesta acertada.

Este Le1Pro apuesta por un SoC conformado por una potente CPU Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 a 2Ghz y una GPU Adreno 430. El sistema corre con 4GB de RAM. Se trata por tanto de una configuración excelente y muy potente, aún a día de hoy. Por supuesto hay mejores equipamientos, pero quizá no por menos de 200$. No tendrás ningún problema en ejecutar apps y juegos exigentes, puede con todo. Lo único que se le puede achacar es que se calienta en exceso en ocasiones.

La cámara principal es de 13MPX y viene firmada por Sony, en concreto monta el sensor IMX214 Exmor RS, de gran calidad. El resultado es el esperado: imágenes muy nítidas y coloridas y una toma de fotografías extremadamente rápida. La cámara es fabulosa. Cuenta con una apertura F/2.0. La delantera sólo alcanza los 4MPX.

Cuenta con 64GB de almacenamiento interno, ampliables mediante tarjetas. Este el espacio disponible con el terminal recién formateado.

La versión Android que tenemos de serie es la 5.0.2 Lollipop. Resulta algo decepcionante ver que monta una versión tan antigua, quizá haya ya un update a Marshmallow, el dispositivo lo merece. Incluye un interface propietario llamado EUI bastante amigable, con muchas opciones adicionales, generalmente asociadas al registro en la web del fabricante.

Sobre el wifi, este se comporta de la manera esperada, sin destacar especialmente en ningún sentido. En la prueba realizada con la app "Wifi Analyzer" nos hemos conectado a una red de 2,4Ghz y a un router que está a unos 10 metros, con un par de muros entre medias.

Este LeTV Le1 Pro (vaya con el nombrecito!) sigue siendo un pepino de teléfono. Es cierto que echo en falta alguna cosa como un lector de huellas o Marshmallow, pero el resto de especificaciones son sin duda de gama alta: pantalla 2K, Snapdragon 810, 4GB de RAM, cámara Sony... sólo me queda la duda de la batería, de 3000 mAh. No es que sea pequeña, pero lidiar con una pantalla de esa resolución y con un procesador tan potente no debe ser fácil. Quizá vosotros podáis aportar vuestra experiencia al respecto, en nuestras pruebas no hemos podido sacar ninguna conclusión objetiva. Gran teléfono.

Cuenta con 64GB de almacenamiento interno, ampliables mediante tarjetas. Este el espacio disponible con el terminal recién formateado.

La versión Android que tenemos de serie es la 5.0.2 Lollipop. Resulta algo decepcionante ver que monta una versión tan antigua, quizá haya ya un update a Marshmallow, el dispositivo lo merece. Incluye un interface propietario llamado EUI bastante amigable, con muchas opciones adicionales, generalmente asociadas al registro en la web del fabricante.

Sobre el wifi, este se comporta de la manera esperada, sin destacar especialmente en ningún sentido. En la prueba realizada con la app "Wifi Analyzer" nos hemos conectado a una red de 2,4Ghz y a un router que está a unos 10 metros, con un par de muros entre medias.

Este LeTV Le1 Pro (vaya con el nombrecito!) sigue siendo un pepino de teléfono. Es cierto que echo en falta alguna cosa como un lector de huellas o Marshmallow, pero el resto de especificaciones son sin duda de gama alta: pantalla 2K, Snapdragon 810, 4GB de RAM, cámara Sony... sólo me queda la duda de la batería, de 3000 mAh. No es que sea pequeña, pero lidiar con una pantalla de esa resolución y con un procesador tan potente no debe ser fácil. Quizá vosotros podáis aportar vuestra experiencia al respecto, en nuestras pruebas no hemos podido sacar ninguna conclusión objetiva. Gran teléfono.
