Buenas curioseando por xda encontre esto:
-ORIGINAL DE XDA
Hi All
here an xposed version that work with the EMUI theme engine :

I have theme engine enable and minminguard module active and no issue
simply install the zip without change anything on the build.prop (all instruction on the link above)
IMPORTANT : the theme engine MUST be enabled otherwise you will got a bootloop
all credits to wanam for is great job !
Tested module
[MINMINGUARD]
[XSTANA] no change on battery other icon yes
[Flat Style Bar Indicators] works but on system menu you have white icon so it's not so good
[ROOTCLOAK]
[GREENIFY] seems to work
[RoamNotifyNoMore]
for all the module like gravitybox instead seems that nothing work
wanam designed a xtouchwiz module for customize the samsung rom ....
so i am pretty sure that we have to wait someone that designe a sort of xEMUI module for customize our rom...

Aquí el xposed con el motor de temas de emui activado:

basta con instalar el zip sin cambiar nada en el build.prop ( las instrucciones en el anterior enlace)
IMPORTANTE: El motor de temas deberá estar activado si no tendréis un bootlop
Aquí os dejo el codigo por si lo habéis editado y no sabéis como es el original
/system/emui/base/prop/
ro.config.hwtheme=1
Yo solo tenia esa linea en el original y teniendo esa de theme en 1 ya me funciono bien
todos los créditos a wanam de xda
-MODULOS PROBADOS
[ MINMINGUARD ]
[ XSTANA ] ningún cambio en la batería de otro iconos sí
[ Plano Estilo Indicadores Bar ] funciona , pero en el menú de sistema que tiene el icono blanco así que no es tan bueno
[ ROOTCLOAK ]
[ GREENIFY ] parece funcionar
[ RoamNotifyNoMore ]
-POSTDATA
El módulo como gravitybox no funciona nada
wanam diseñado un módulo xtouchwiz para personalizar la ROM de Samsung ....
así que estoy bastante seguro de que tenemos que esperar a alguien que diseñe una especie de módulo de xEMUI para personalizar nuestras roms oficiales ...
En el hilo del desarrollador leemos en el changelog de su ultima actualización:
v85.1(30/05/2016):
- Add Huawei theming engine support (details).
- Ensure the recompilation on Huawei EMUI Roms (details).
Así que nada a disfrutar de xposed y vuestros temas.

Mi experiencia::
Después de:
-Wipe cache
-Wipe dalvik cache
Me tardo 18 minutos en reiniciar, el apk cojer el oficial de xposed alpha 4, pero al final encendió
