added BFS(brain fu*** schedular) for better allocation of tasks to each core
removed some governors will add them later
removed all the hotplugs but added mako hotplug

Pronto lo podrás probar compañero, está esperando a que porteen los drivers de cámara oxygen para hacer la versión CAF :ok:
