Ya tengo el xiaomi redmi note 3 Pro que ROM le meto?

Hola compañeros
Por fin tengo mi note 3 Pro la ROM que viene es la típica traducida por la tienda. Ahora no se que ROM aplicar. Quiero una ROM con multilenguaje y que de actualice vía OTA para corregir errores y eso.
