Buenos días, quería pedir ayuda con un problema que estoy arrastrando con un Moto G 2da gen. modelo XT1068.
El teléfono al arrancar se queda en la pantalla que sale el logo de Motorola con la M azul y nada más, es decir, lo que iría justo antes de introducir el PIN.
Yo tengo el mismo modelo y se me actualizó correctamente hace no mucho pero en este caso este no es mi teléfono, es de un amigo, pero el me dijo que le ocurrió sin más, es decir, no estaba actualizando ni nada, simplemente ocurrió de la noche a la mañana.
Con lo que me lancé a hacer los wipes protocolarios pero ambos dos (el de data y el de cache) me tiran un error parecido a este:
blkdiscard on partition /dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/userdata failed formatting /cache...
Conecté el teléfono por fastboot para ver si podía flashear una imagen del Moto G adecuada y aparentemente por lo que dice el log todo ha ido correcto

Pero no, no ha ido correctamente ya que no ha hecho nada, nada de nada. He probado con cienmil versiones de fastboot, enrte ellas una que se llama mfastboot.exe, otra que se lllama fastboot-moto-windows.exe y nada, con todas el mismo resultado, mucho OKAY pero no hace nada.
También para asegurarme he intentado instalar el TWRP y el CWM pero nada, siempre vuelve al Recovery de Android.
Por último he probado con el RSD Lite 6.2.4 y no me reconoce el dispositivo así que ya no sé que más intentar, a ver si me podéis echar una mano con esta tortura.
