Always start smal 046 to 052 then step 2 after that OTA or Upgrade, full should not be needed for 136.
If flashed directly from branded to 136 it will show the Balong description, downgrade with huawey download extractor and fastboot method to 052 and apply step 2 this will zero out custum vendor description.
Unlocked bootloader is necessary and does not influence OTA or local upgrades.
Root will brake all upgrades since it changes security model, be sure to unroot before flashing, after unrooting open a terminal emulator and type "reboot now" if it works it's still rooted and will brake.
Take time and backup and zero all data to factory defaults before Flashing... Be clean.
