Here is the stock rom for the Smart Prime 6 / Alcatel OT POP 2 5
(130FKN1 (in your country may be named differentely - FFN, FKK, etc..)) ANDROID 5.0.2 LOLLIPOP

DOWNLOAD (http://uloz.to/x8cMDYY2/unbrickv895n-zip)


1. unzip into c:\Program Files (x86)\SUGAR QCT_SP\TOOL
2. install driver from c:\Program Files (x86)\SUGAR QCT_SP\TOOL\SUGAR QCT_SP\usb_driver\installdriver\DriverInstaller.ex e run as admin
3. restart into recovery mode (vol up + power button) and then select power down for complete kill of device + plug in USB cable
4. now your device manager should look like this

5. run sugar c:\Program Files (x86)\SUGAR QCT_SP\tool\SUGAR QCT_SP.exe as admin
6.click OK in login form then again OK it will show sugar main screen
7. select VF-895N or Alcatel OT POP 2 5
8. click upgrade (and select yes if root is detected)

9. flash is about 6-8min first boot after flash is about 10-15min

Funciona, pero con la salvedad de que el firmware que viene en el archivo creo que no es el de España.
Se hacen todos los pasos como indica el tuto, pero en el paso 9 son unas cuantas horas de espera ya que descarga el firmware V895N-2HVDES1. El proceso de descarga del firmware tarda bastante (3 ó 4 horas), no os pongáis nerviosos. Si necesitas usar el móvil, como me paso a mi seguir mis pasos.

Antes de nada, copia todos los datos que quieras guardar, porque borra todo.

Yo tenía el móvil rooteado y me daba error al aplicar la actualización vía OTA, con este método conseguí actualizarlo.

Lo que hice:
Cuando llegué al paso 9, empezó a descargar los archivos (lo podéis ver en la carpeta bin/downloaded del programa) desconecté el móvil y el proceso de descarga continuaba, pudiendo usar el móvil normalmente.
Al 50% mas o menos el programa dio error, cuando intentó actualizar el móvil.
Volví a hacer todo el proceso, pero esta vez ya estaban descargados los archivos con lo que la actualización tardo unos 10 min.
Si no estas convencido o no dependes del móvil en unas cuantas horas, no sigas este proceso y no desconectes el móvil.

Ahora tengo el móvil restaurado de fabrica a la versión 5.0.2-120FEN1, sin root y con la personalización de vodafone.

Try to restart phone by press VOL UP + POWER.
In recovery select "Power down" then connect the USB cable and run the SUGAR QCT again.

Yes, you should restart phone in recovery mode and choose option " write protect switch " then you click on "set write protect off" and finally choose option 4 "cancel" and "reboot system now". Now you can use whichever kingroot version ( Personal experience )

Buen tuto, se me bloqueo tras una actualización oficial , al parecer con root se queda pillado. Me ha funcionado en W8 y ha tardado una hora mas o menos . Saludos

Gracias al tutorial yo tambien lo he resucitado, era root lo actualicé y se me jodió. Me ha metido la versión Lollipop 5.0.2. y con kingroot v4.60 lo he rooteado otra vez. Gracias por el tuto.

Lleva 2 horas y va por el 34%. Es exasperante. Y todo porque aún quitando el root da error al actualizar y en la página de Vodafone te dicen que lo lleves a la tienda, sin más explicaciones. Menos mal que me regalaron el teléfono :-):-):-)

Solucionado, descargué SUGAR de otra parte y pude flashear la rom original sin problemas

Potřeboval bych poradit s bricknutym vf895. Koukal jsem na tvuj navod přes sugar tool. Už jsem to několikrát prováděl a vše bylo o.k. Teď naposled ale mám problém s tím že po připojení telefonu k PC se telefon zapne a zůstane zapnutý. Sugar tool mi pak píše že ho musím vypnout ale jak jsem psal tak když ho vypnu a zapojím tak zústane viset na obrazovce powered by android. Dík za radu.

After installing the included USB drivers, start the flasing process, and after the phone enters download mode, in the device manager a device called "QHSUSB_BULK" wull come up. Right click on it and select Update driver, then select to choose a driver manually, then select to choose a driver from the list. It should say the current QHSUSB driver and a QLoader 9008. Select this one then restart the phone and the flashing tool too, then start the flashing process from the beginning. That's all :)

This method is not working anymore. When I check "Upgrade from FOTA" I always get error conecting to FOTA servers.

When I uncheck the option, it will not find the local stock firmware, and always give me error 40006, DB file not found, maybe it is wrecked, or not exist
