TF3D Config no me funciona en ROM BsB Hybrid 2.1

Estoy al borde de la locura, he pasado todo el día queriendo modificar la apariencia de mi diamante sin ningun resultado correcto.

He intentado de todas las formas posibles ejecutar el TF3D Config y solo recibo un mensaje de error y al ver los detalles obtengo:

Tal cual recomendo el creador de esa app probe eliminando el tweak.xml y revise el registro y no encontre el problema que menciona...

nadie sabe como solucionar esto?

EDIT: puff! ni modo, a cambiar de rom :( total ya tuve que hacer un hardreset por estar jugando con el touch flo... probare si con algun otro rom da problemas...
