Problema con el gps archivo gps.config [Archivos]

Hola, mi samsung s2 siempre le ha costado conectarse en el gps tardando bastante, teniendo que reiniciar, etc. Hace algún tiempo le instalé la aplicación gps spain y durante un tiempo mejoró, pero últimamente se ha vuelto imposible. No se conecta de ninguna forma. Incluso he desinstalado la aplicación gps spain.
El caso es que he abierto el archivo gps.config. y tiene la siguientes lineas: ¿Son normales?. o esa es la causa de que no se conecte el gps?.
