Tengo una duda sobre un nuevo terminal Htc

Pues como ahora este va a ser mi apartado porque en unos dias me mudo aqui y espero llevarme bien con todos, pues nose donde poner este tema pero tengo una duda sobre un nuevo HTC en españa el HTC ThunderBolt 4G, lo he visto en amazon.

¿Porque el precio es tan económico, va sujeto a algun tipo de contrato, porque es para pensarselo

Si, es otro HTC nuevo pero solo se comercializa en USA, el problema es el precio que a como sale y si es con algun tipo de permanencia o contrato

Parece ser que si es un contrato, porque al seleccionar las opciones de la derecha aparece lo siguiente:
