Hola a todos compis!!
Algunos me habéis pedido si me podía hacer cargo de crear uun nuevo hilo de recopilatorio de roms kitkat, para tenerlas todas juntas, así, que aquí os iré posteando las actualizaciones que vayan saliendo de cada rom, y demás, pero las dudas generales, sobre alguna rom, hacedlas en el hilo de la rom en cuestión.
Cualquier sugerencia sobre el hilo, será bienvenida, y se intentará que esté siempre actualizado.
Si se me ha colado alguna rom, os agradecería que me lo comentarais, y se añade al primer post sin ningún problema.

La ROM está basada en la versión 4.4.2 (KitKat) de Android. La comunidad CyanogenMod, al igual que proyectos como Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome u otros, suele lanzar a diario el resultado de su trabajo para aquellos que desean probar las novedades en cuanto están disponibles. Son las famosas nigthlies, es decir aquellas versiones que se suben a los servidores por la noche, luego del trabajo del día, y que así están disponibles para su descarga e instalación. En teoría estas versiones deberían ser muy inestables, aunque decir que el proyecto está muy avanzado, por lo que se pueden considerar estables y perfectamente aptas para un uso diario.
Muchas de las características adicionales con CM 11 son muy sutiles, y están perfectamente integradas en el sistema, como si fueran del firmware original de Google, pero muchas no lo son. Entre las principales novedades de la ROM, se puede destacar:
- Todas las características de Android 4.4.2 (KitKat) excepto Photo Sphere y project buttler que no están implementados.
- Integración de SuperUser en la ROM.
- Integración de gestor de rendimiento (gobernadores, planificadores, frecuencias).
- Integración de launcher Trebuchet.
- Integración de ecualizador de sonido DSP Manager.
- Integración de Explorador de archivos CM File Manager.
- Integración de reproductor multimedia Apollo.
- Integración de aplicación de linterna.
- Integración de Gestor de selector de temas.
- Integración de Widget cLock en bloqueo de pantalla.
- Mejoras en configuración de reloj (con cronómetro y cuenta atrás).
- Mejoras en bloqueo de pantalla con atajos deslizantes y soporte de Widgets a pantalla completa.
- Mejoras en el panel de configuración rápida (quick Settings) con más opciones.
- Mejoras en la barra de estado (ocultar reloj, contador de notificaciones, fecha y hora configurable, estilo de batería y de señal de estado configurable).
- Mejoras en el panel de volumen.
FALLOS CONOCIDOS
- Project butter no implementado (sin drivers).
- Tv-Out no implementado (sin drivers)
- Los juegos potentes en esta ROM es sabido que no tiran y queda bloqueado el móvil (sin drivers).

BUG's conocidos:
Al grabar vídeo, si das a la pausa y la quitas para continuar la grabación se congela la aplicación (es posible que funcione con otras cámaras, si podéis probarlo y me comentáis lo añado aquí). error en teclado deslizante en aosp -> corregido
ART no funciona, no te recomiendo que lo actives y mucho menos sin haber hecho previamente un backup.

Installing Mahdi-Rom for the first time, or coming from another ROM:
- Make sure you're running a proper working ClockworkMod-Recovery/Team Win Recovery Project - WITH SELINUX SUPPORT!
- Copy GApps and ROM ZIP to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash Mahdi-Rom zip from SDCard
- Flash GApps zip from SDCard
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET (otherwise your device will be stuck at boot)
- Reboot
- Don't restore system data using Titanium Backup!

Upgrading from an earlier version:
- Copy the ROM ZIP to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash the ROM zip from SDCard
- Reboot

these are i9100 builds of CyanogenMod 11 patched with OpenPDroid. find them in the downloads section.
WARNING: the M8 build seems to be defective and does not boot. i do not know if its recovery even works. do not flash unless you are willing to reflash using ODIN. to fix this i need access to a real i9100 device running official CM11. i do not have an i9100. if you do have one, have official CM11 running on it, have ok access to the internet, and are willing to help and do not mind giving me remote root ADB access to your phone for a few minutes, then contact me. i need to extract the i9100 proprietary blobs from a phone running CM11.

update: CM11 M8 snapshot is now available.
NOTE: this is a TESTING release, i don't have an i9100 so i cannot test it myself. please report.

CM11-M6 broke OpenPDroid patches, so i forked OpenPDroid to restore compatibility, fix several bugs and clean up the code. sources are here.

La PAC no la he hecho yo. Yo solo hago compilaciones los domingos usando SaberMod como herramientas de compilación.
