[ CONSULTA ] Recovery desaparecido

Hola a todos

Me han dejado el zte v967s para arreglarlo, el tema es el siguiente:

Sale una pantalla en la q pone: Introducir codigo de acceso, en esa pantalla no viene la opcion de darle al intro, solo vienen los numeros, borrar y restablecer. Si le das a restablecer no pasa nada. La persona q me lo dio dice q no a puesto ningun codigo.

Habia pensado entrar en el recovery y desde alli borrar todo y dejarlo de fabrica. Pulso vol arriba + Boton de encendido, sale una pantalla q pone zte y no hace nada.

Mis dudas son las siguientes:
1.-Hay alguna manera de entrar en el recovery?
2.-Se a podido borrar el recovery??

Me podeis ayudar??

Hola a todos, como veo q el tema esta dificil os explicare lo que he hecho:

Me puse en contacto con el servicio tecnico des zte y esto es lo que me dijeron en el primer mail: Please try the steps below:

1. Press urgent call in idle mode

2. input *983*987#, it will go to the factory reset interface and customer can reset the handset to Default.

Note:this method will delete all the personal information in the phone,please back up important information.

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate

Segui los pasos y nada, me vuelvo a poner en contacto con ellos y me dicen lo siguiente:
With this issues you could try resetting your device which might help you to fix the issues.

Below are the steps :-

1.Power off the phone.
2.Press and hold Volume down / up key and Power key simultaneously until several blue sentences appear on the screen which are reboot system now; apply update from sdcard; wipe data/factory reset; wipe cache partition.
3.Use Vol+ key and Vol- key to move the cursor to "wipe data/factory reset" and press power key to confirm it.
4.There are many words "No" and one sentence "Yes -- delete all user data". Use Vol+ key and Vol- key to move the cursor to "Yes -- delete all user data". Press power key to confirm it.
5.The phone will finish the resetting by itself after about 10 seconds later and then the cursor will be on "reboot system now" and press camera key to confirm it. The phone will reboot automatically.There is no unlock and password any more after the phone is on.

Note: This methods will delete all personal information in the phone

Pues no funciono tampoco. Me volvi a poner en contacto con ellos y me dijeron q lo llevara algun servicio tecnico. Resulta q el movil ya lo han llevado a dos tiendas y no han podido hacer nada.

Me da q va a tener dificil arreglo
