Pros:
Real stable: in three months of use, the phone never got stucked
Based on a stock firmware
Gapps already included
Init.d support and a looooooooooot of tweaks (perfect for people like me who don't want to do anything else after flash )

Cons:
Not so many updates, don't know if project is definitely abandoned
In YouTube videos h/w acceleration doesn't work properly
Same thing for the other videos (but you can avoid this problem with some 3rd part apps)
