Error al Decompilar APK

Que tal amigos desde hace unos días estoy intentando decompilar el DefaultThemes.apk de Stock ROM ICS .431 (Xperia Mini pro SK17a) con AutoAPKToolMain 2.0.0 y version de APKtool 1.4.1 no está de mas decir que ya instale el framework-res con la opccion If framework-res, que tengo instalado el SDK, JDK, etc. Y a pesar de todo me sigue dando error al decompilar mi log es el siguiente:

Espero que me puedan ayudar, tal vez no hagan mucho caso de esta consulta ya que soy usuario nuevo etc etc pero créanme he buscado mucho en XDA y otros foros y ninguna solución me funciona. Si de algo sirve dejo el DefaultThemes.apk y el Framework-res.apk (APKS.zip) que estoy utilizando de antemano gracias y saludos!
