Hoy he rescatado mi htc ace . Ya era Root y con Bootloader desbloqueado por HTCdev y liberado después de 2 años de Vodafone ESP.
Ahora quería experimentar con el S-oFF. Entonces como tenía una rom cocinada instalada y necesitaba volver a fábrica, flasheé el PD98IMG-GB4.zip

y volviendo todo a stock. (android Gingerbread)
Ahora quiero aplicar S-off , así que ejecuté el AHHK2, pareció funcionar...me instala root, TWRP recovery, pero sigue siendo S-on y creo que el bootloader sigue bloqueado (no hay ningún mensaje en rojo en la pantalla de HBOOT).
El problema es que el hboot es el 0.85.xxx y no deja hacer el "fastboot oem get_identifier_token" para desbloquear bootloader y luego poder aplicar el gfree -f
No se que hago mal... o si me faltan pasos previos

Vuelvo a flashear "PD98IMG-GB4.zip" y aplico
http://www.htcdev.com/ruu/PD9810000_Ace_Gingerbread_S_hboot_0.85.0024.exe y sigo el tuto después? qué hace exactamente este exe, me va a cambiar la versión de hboot o simplemente es un parche para que se pueda desbloquear bootloader con fastboot...?
Acepto sugerencias para aplicar S-oFF partiendo de GB4.zip con hboot 0.85.xxx
