Si tu baseband sigue siendo GB, puedes instalar un recovery por fastboot, instala CWM5 desde aquí:

Si eso sigue sin funcionarte, tendrás que instalar un update.app para arreglarlo, quizás el B952 te funcione. ¿Tu móvil es el U8815N de vodafone? ¿Cual fue el último update.app que tenías instalado?
