-extendedcommands/nandroid: remove internal options if no sdcard and is_data_media
-nandroid/root/extendedcommands: attenuate for /data not being auto in fstab
-recovery.fstab: switch /data to ext4

-merged all changes; up and through to 5.0.2.7 from cyanogenmod, android_bootable_recovery[gingerbread].
-p7510: increase recovery_image_partitionsze to accomodate newer recovery
-LTE/KOR added (same recovery with stock (EH04 for LTE; EK10 for KOR) kernel and BOARD_RECOVERYIMAGE_PARTITION_SIZE := 0×00500000 (from 0×00499000)
Note:
Models with a radio will not have that partition available.
Known Issues:
-UMS will not work, as of yet.
