been discussing this a little while now so is time for some ICS:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE ENTIRE THREAD.
To get the system below you'll need to be in the earlier version of Retail.BR.

This will probably get down due overload. I'm uploading to other servers. (Just couldn't hold this anymore)
First of all,
root you Device with Motofail:
Install OTA root keeper from Google Play and make sure you temp unroot and make a su-backup. (verify after doing this there's a su-backup in system folder.)
Put the Blur_Version.651.167.3370.XT910.Brasil.en.BR.zip
file on the root or your sdcard.
Go to Recovery menu:
1. Power off the phone
2. Press Power + vol up + vol down
3. Navigate (vol down) to Recovery and enter it (vol up)
4. You'll a triangule robot press once both vol keys.
5. Select Install update from sdcard and enter (power)
6. Select the Blur_Version.651.167.3370.XT910.Brasil.en.BR.zip file then enter (power)
7. Wait finish.
8. After reboot finish (may take some time) install Ota root keeper again and restore root.
AFTER UPGRADING TO ICS YOU'LL NOT BE ABLE TO DOWNGRADE TO GB 2.3.6.

Esto probablemente se pondrán de sobrecarga debido. Estoy subiendo a otros servidores. (Pero no podía sostener más esto).
Primero instalar la version 2.3.6 de este post:

Hacer Root con MotoFail:

Instalar OTA RootKeeper de Google Play y marque Temp Unroot y hacer una copia de seguridad de su-. (verificar después de hacer esto hay una copia de seguridad de su-en la carpeta del sistema.)
Pon el archivo Blur_Version.651.167.3370.XT910.Brasil.en.BR.zip en la raiz de tu SD.
Ve al menu Recovery:
1. Apaga el telefono
2. Preciona Power + vol up + vol down
3. Navega (vol down) al recovery y entra en el (vol up)
4. Cuando aparesca el Android con la flecha amarilla presiona las dos teclas de volumen.
5. Selecciona "Install update from sdcard" y entra (power)
6. Selecciona el archivo que pusiste en la raiz de tu SD Blur_Version.651.167.3370.XT910.Brasil.en.BR.zip y presiona enter. (power)
7. Deja que tu Razr haga magia C: (se paciente)
8. Despues de terminar el reincio (Tomara algo de tiempo) ya tendras ICS
D, Instala OTA Roor Keeper otravez y restaura el Root.
9. Disfruta de ICS Roteado C:
