Yo acabo de hacerlo con el segundo método. El primero no me ha funcionado. Gracias por la informacion!!!
. With the device turned on, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons, then press the RESET button with the stylus tip.
2. Release the RESET button, but continue pressing the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons until you see this message on the screen:
Warning! Your device will be set back to factory default settings. Please ensure any additional installed programs and/or user data have been backed up before a hard reset is performed.
3. Release the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons, then press the VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.
1.- Con el dispositivo encendido, presiona a la vez el boton de BAJADA DE VOLUMEN y el boton ENTRADA (el central) y con el lapiz deja presionado el boton de RESET (quitando la tapa trasera)
2.- Deja de presionar el boton RESET pero continua presionando el de BAJADA DE VOLUM y el boton ENTRADA hasta que te aparezca este mensaje en la pantalla
"Warning! Your device will be set back to factory default settings. Please ensure any additional installed programs and/or user data have been backed up before a hard reset is performed" --> quiere decir algo así como "Precaución! Tu dispositivo se quedara como vino de fábrica. Asegurate que los programa que hayas instalado adicionalmente y/o los datos de usuario han sido salvaguardados antes de hacer el hard reset.
3.- Entonces deja de presionar los botones ENTRADA y VOLUMEN ABAJO. En la pantalla te preguntará si estás seguro de hacer el HARD RESET. Si estás seguro, presiona la tecla VOLUMEN ARRIBA. Si te lo has pensado mejor, presiona cualquier otro botón.
(lo acabo de hacer ahora mismito, llevo 2 meses con la 3g y de repente tarda horrores en instalar programas, y el TOMTOM se me quedaba colgado)
