os pongo mi mensaje a Jessi

Os pongo el mail que acabo de ponerle a Jessi, no está online en el chat.
Y el chinito Leo resulta que me pide mi track, lo chequea y lo unico que me dice es: "Call Jessie".
Este es el mail que le he puesto a ver que me dice:

Can you send me new order by courrier, and I pay the expenses?
Because im afraid tha that order never will arrives to spain, and i dont want to spent a lot of days for nothin. Please tell me what to do.
