Para instalar CM10 Alpha 5.....
1. Download:
formatsd.zip
recovery-cwm-6.0.1.5.img (recovery cwm-CM10A3 )
cm-10-20120927-UNOFFICIAL-betelgeuse.zip
2.1. Copy&Paste formatsd.zip and CM10ROM.zip to your SD Card and insert to your Folio 100.
2.2. Copy&Paste recovery-cwm-6.0.1.5.img to your folder where fastboot application is located.("C:\Android\ToolsD". Your fasboot directory maybe different)
3. Connect your Folio 100 to PC.
4. Turn on Folio 100 and when "TOSHIBA" logo appears press (3xPower + VolUP) to enter fastboot.
5. Start CMD and type "cd C:\Android\ToolsD".(Without " ". Your fasboot directory maybe different)
6. Execute commands:

fastboot erase userdata
fastboot erase system
fastboot erase cache
fastboot erase linux
fastboot erase recovery
fastboot flash recovery recovery-cwm-6.0.1.5.img (recovery cwm-CM10A3 )
fastboot reboot
7. Enter recovery.
8. Go to: "mounts and storage"> Choose "format /cache", "format /data" ,"format /system", "format /emmc".
9. Install formatsd.zip
10. Install CM10ROM.zip.
