no, smartflash tool no requiere usb debugging activado. solo requiere el modo S/W al cual se entra quitando la bateria y pulstando vol+ mientras conectas el cable usb.
a partir de hay flashea cualquier firmware oficial del telefono y lo formateara automaticamente.

leete el tutorial que te han indicado arriba. no tiene perdida.
